New students have a two-week return period from the date of enrolment. If you are not satisfied with your training program within this period, you may request a full refund. Contact our support team at question-@wlaxyronchrel.world with your account details and reason for cancellation.
Our services are digital. There is no physical product to return and no return delivery cost. Refunds, when approved, are processed to your original payment method at no additional charge to you.

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take five to ten business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it. We will confirm when your refund has been processed.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing course materials, contact our support team before requesting a refund. In most cases we can resolve technical issues quickly. We may extend your access period to compensate for time lost due to technical problems.
